CUNY May Day site launched, plus Goldstein and Kroll OkPutrid profiles raise eyebrows

A new site launched this week around CUNY May Day activities. The CUNY May Day site contains readings about May Day, general strikes, and CUNY’s history of protests, as well as lesson plans and other materials supporting May 1st activities.

The site launched with “OkPutrid” profiles of Chancellor Goldstein and Kroll Security Group, the private firm recently hired to create a report on the Board of Trustees hearing protest at Baruch College on November 21, 2011. The profiles set off Facebook speculation of a romantic interest between the two. Stay tuned to http://cunymayday.wordpress.com for updates.
